- Why isn't pricing per seat?
- Because the whole point is getting non-technical teammates onto the same markdown surface as the engineers and the AI. Per-seat pricing actively works against that. So we don't do it.
- How do you measure storage?
- Total bytes stored in your workspace, after dedup: markdown bodies, attachments (images, PDFs), and indexed metadata.
- What counts as "usage" on Enterprise?
- Storage plus MCP read/write volume. We talk through your expected pattern up-front and set caps you're comfortable with — no surprise overage bills.
- What happens if I outgrow the Free or Team caps?
- Storage and seat caps are soft. We'll let you know well before you bump into them and help you decide whether to upgrade or trim.
- Can I switch tiers later?
- Yes, any time. Down-tiers prorate and refund the unused portion.
- Do you offer education / non-profit pricing?
